Why we exist
The hiring system is broken for most Indian job seekers.
A B.Tech graduate from a tier-2 college knows the same Java as one from a tier-1 metro. But the metro candidate has 4 seniors who've cracked Amazon, 12 paid resume-review sessions on LinkedIn, and pays $30/month for a premium US resume tool.
The tier-2 candidate gets a Naukri-template Word doc, copies bullets from a YouTube tutorial, and applies to 200 jobs with a resume that ATS bots silently drop in the first 6 seconds.
We built Hirenix to close that gap. Same AI scoring quality as expensive US tools — but built for Indian resumes: fresher patterns, Hinglish feedback, CGPA-aware education scoring, TCS/Infosys keyword conventions, and ₹99 pricing instead of ₹2,500/month.

We don't sell resume content. We don't use it to train third-party AI. Delete your account and your data is gone within 30 days. Fully DPDP Act 2023 compliant.
