Hirenix Pro is a digital subscription service. Because our AI features (resume scoring, polish, PDF generation) activate immediately on purchase, paid plans are generally non-refundable. We do, however, review genuine cases on a case-by-case basis as described below.
1. When we will consider a refund
We will review and, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service unavailable: a sustained, documented technical issue that prevented you from using core Pro features for more than 48 hours and was not caused by your device, browser, or network.
- Duplicate charge: Razorpay debited you more than once for the same subscription in error.
- Accidental purchase reported within 24 hours: you contacted support@hirenix.in within 24 hours of payment AND did not use any Pro feature (no AI polish runs, no Pro template PDF downloads, no AI ATS scores).
2. When refunds are not available
- You changed your mind after using Pro features.
- You are unhappy with AI-generated suggestions — AI output is best-effort and reviewed by you before use.
- You did not receive a job offer or interview — Hirenix does not guarantee outcomes.
- You forgot to cancel before auto-renew. (You can cancel any time from Settings — access continues until period end.)
- The 30-day one-time access has expired or partially elapsed.
- Pro template PDF downloads have already been generated.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@hirenix.in with:
- The email address on your Hirenix account.
- Your Razorpay payment ID (visible on the receipt email).
- A clear description of the reason for the request.
- Screenshots or logs if reporting a technical issue.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate a decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically credit within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing.
4. Cancelling auto-renewal
You can cancel a Pro Monthly auto-renew subscription at any time from your account's Settings page. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Pro One-Time (₹99 for 30 days) does not auto-renew and requires no cancellation.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us at support@hirenix.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and a ban from future Pro purchases.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the change takes effect — existing subscribers retain the policy in force at the time of their purchase.
