These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hirenix ("Service", "we", "us", "our") — a web platform providing AI-powered resume building, ATS scoring, and related career tools, operated as a sole proprietorship by Waquar Ahmed Nawaz ("Operator") from Gaya, Bihar, India, India.
By creating an account or using any part of Hirenix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hirenix. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us at support@hirenix.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to avoid usage limits.
3. Subscription & payments
Hirenix offers a free tier and paid "Pro" plans. Paid plans are billed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (₹). By purchasing a Pro plan you authorise us to charge the listed amount to your chosen payment method.
- Pro Monthly (₹99/month, auto-renew): recurring billing each month until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- Pro One-Time (₹99 for 30 days): one-time payment, no automatic renewal, access expires after 30 days.
- Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Price changes do not affect ongoing billing cycles.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Use the Service to create or distribute false, misleading, or fraudulent resumes.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or is unlawful.
- Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or paid features.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organisation.
- Resell or sublicense any part of the Service without our written consent.
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of the resume content, personal information, and other data you upload ("User Content"). By using Hirenix, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you (parsing, scoring, AI rewriting, PDF generation, storage). We do not sell your data and do not use it to train third-party AI models.
6. AI-generated output
Hirenix uses third-party large language models (currently Google Gemini) to provide AI-powered suggestions, rewrites, and scores. AI output is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generic phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing all AI output for accuracy before using it in any job application. We make no warranty that AI-generated content will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific outcome.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service is provided "as is" and may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages, or factors outside our control. Free-tier usage limits and rate limits may change at any time.
8. Intellectual property
All Hirenix branding, software, designs, templates, and platform code are the property of the Operator and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. The resume templates we provide are licensed for your personal use to create your resume; you may not redistribute the templates themselves.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will permanently remove your stored resumes and data (subject to the retention period in our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities, lost income, or reputational harm, arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gaya, India.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app banner at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
